The Tuck End Cover box is used for products that need extra protection but at the same time an easy opening. Such containers are used as additional protection for delicate items such as glass trays, CDs, cosmetic items, pharmaceutical items, and toys. This type of packaging contains a tuck-in lock with a sleeve that can be opened from the bottom. The friction locks at the bottom, however, hold the product inside the box and ensure maximum safety towards the product. Such boxes are made with highly thick, 10pt to 28pt or 60lb to 400lb, cardboard stock. These boxes are dispatched to the customers in a flat shape. Shipping in a flat shape saves space and speeds up the process. Restoring the boxes in their original shape requires just three simple steps which are;

Turn a pre-glued box into a cylinder by pushing from the inside out.
Fold the per-marked flaps and tuck in locks inwards.
